You can always use Workspace Webmail to send and receive email messages. But you also can set up your email on your mobile device. Here are following steps to Set Up your email on mobile (Iphone / Android).

Iphone

Add Webmail Account to Iphone
  1. Select Settings from the home screen of your iPhone
  2. Choose Mail, Contacts, Calendars and click Add Account
  3. Choose Other from the list that appears;
    • If you see your email provider, tap it to add your account automatically.
    • If you don't see your email provider, tap Other to add your account manually.

  4. Select Add Mail Account. In the New Account menu, you will need to specify the following records:
    • Name – your name (will appear as sender name)
    • Address – your full email address
    • Password – the password for this email address
    • Description – lets you specify any description (we suggest you use your email address)

  5. Select protocol type: IMAP or POP3. We advise you to use IMAP. Your selection will be highlighted blue.
    • Name, Address and Description: should have been already filled in
    • Host name: webmail.infollective.com
    • User Name: your email address
    • Password: password for your email

  6. In the fields for both Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server, indicate the following settings, Click Next.
  7. If you use IMAP, you can enable the following services:
    Click Save and wait while the system completes necessary checks.

  8. When the checks are finished, you'll be redirected to the Mail, Contacts, Calendars screen. Choose your newly created account there.
  9. Scroll down and select, Advanced.
  10. Here you can choose additional settings for IMAP or POP3.
    • If you set IMAP connection, you need to use port 993 (with SSL) or port 143 (without SSL). Set IMAP Path Prefix to INBOX:

    • If you chose POP3, you need to use port 995 (with SSL) or port 110 (without SSL)

  11. In order to set up additional settings for outgoing server, you will need to return in the previous menu and then go to Outgoing Mail Server by clicking on the host name of the server:
    • For Outgoing Server (SMTP), select port 465 (with SSL) or port 587 (without SSL)

  12. Once the settings are verified, your account is active and ready to use.

  13. To test your new email account, go to Messages and try sending and receiving emails.

Android

Add a New Email Account to Android
  1. Open the Gmail app and navigate to the Settings section.
  2. Tap Add account.
  3. Tap Personal (IMAP/POP) and then Next.
  4. Enter your full email address and tap Next.
  5. Choose the type of email account you will be using.
    • POP3 will download the emails from the server and store them on your phone.
    • IMAP will store the emails on the server and show a cached copy on your phone. IMAP is best in most cases.
    • Exchange is not supported because it requires a Microsoft Exchange server
  6. Enter the password for your email address and tap, Next.
Incoming Server Settings
  1. Username: Enter your full email address
  2. Password: Enter the password for your email account
  3. Server: This is your domain name preceded by "mail." like mail.infollective.com.
  4. Port and Security Type:
    • If you're using POP, choose either:
      Secure - Port: 995 and Security Type: SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates)
      Insecure - Port: 110 and Security Type: None
    • If you're using IMAP, choose either:
      Secure - Port: 993 and Security Type: SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates)
      Insecure - Port: 143 and Security Type: None (Accept all certificates)
  5. Once the settings are entered, tap Next.
Outgoing Server Settings
  1. Select Require Sign-In.
  2. Username: Enter your full email address
  3. Password: Enter the password for your email account
  4. Server: This is your domain name preceded by "mail." like mail.infollective.com.
  5. For SMTP Port and Security Type, choose either:
    • Secure - Port: 465 and Security Type: SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates)
    • Insecure - Port: 26 and Security Type: None (Accept all certificates)
  6. Once the settings are entered, tap Next.
Account Options
  1. Email Checking Frequency: Set how often you would like your device to check for new emails.Coffee
  2. Note: The more regularly your device checks for new emails the more it drains your battery.
  3. Notify me when email arrives: Leave this checked if you would like to be notified of new emails.
  4. Sync email from this account: Leave this checked if you want email to be checked automatically.
  5. Tap Next.
