    Support Contract

    • - SQL support contract due 1 year after date on support renewal invoice
    • - SQL support includes software upgrading services, inquiries through email, phone or remote access. On site visit will incur additional charges
    • - SQL support provides training until GST-03 generation through software. Custom GST submission will incur additional charges
    • - Customers with valid SQL support contract are entitle to special rate for computer repair and service depending on scope

    Payment Terms

    • - Upon confirmation service order, customers are to make full payment before installation
    • - Platform service renewal fee is collected yearly and will be notified 3 months prior to expiry date
    • - Platform service fee is not refundable
    • - ISC reserves the right to discontinue the provision of services if any payment are due after 30 days as stated in the invoice issued

    Additional Chargers

    • - Installation fee may vary upon servicing scope
    • - Migration from other accounting software will be charge depending on data quantity
    • - Lapsed payment are subjected to a service fee of 1% per week
    • - Service restoration fee is chargeable if services are terminated due to late payment
    • - Transportation fee for repair and maintenance service will be charged on per trip basis

    Term of Service

    • - Our service only available as follows:-
    • Monday – Friday
    • 9:00am – 12:00pm
    • 1:30pm - 5:30pm
    • - ISC reserves the right to terminate, cancel, or modify any term or conditions associated with the repair at any time
    • - Note: By using our products and services, customers agree to the service terms and conditions

    Warranty

    • - Infollective Solution Company (ISC) provide 1 year warranty (starting from invoice date) on GPS Tracker against manufacturing defects excluding human mishandling and cause from vehicle defects. The device should be sent to us and properly packaged, together with proof of purchase
    • - ISC is responsible to replace a good functioning GPS Tracker to the customer within 3 working days if the sold device is defected within warranty period
    • - The warranty does not cover devices which have been using the sim cards which are not provided by ISC
    • - Customer with membership older than 1 year may get extra discount as loyalty reward for GPS Tracker replacement due to any cause
    • - All devices must be returned without damage on casing

    Payment Terms

    • - After confirmation of service order, customers are entitled to pay a full payment before installation
    • - Customers are entitled to pay a full payment as invoice or quotation issued once they confirmed the service order
    • - Platform service renewal fee is collected yearly and customer will be noticed 3 months prior to platform service expiry date
    • - Platform service fee is not refundable
    • - ISC reserves the right to discontinue the provision of services to the customer if any amount due after 30 days as stated in the invoice issued

    Additional Charges

    • - Lapsed payment are subjected to a service fee of 1% per week
    • - Service restoration fee is chargeable if services are terminated due to late payment
    • - Transportation fee for repair and maintenance service will be charged on per trip basis
    • - Extra loading will be charged on the GPS Tracker if the customer insists not using sim card provided by ISC
    • - Sim card replacement is chargeable
    • - ISC shall impose an installation fee of RM 300/ unit for any relocation of GPS Data Transfer Unit from one vehicle to another vehicle
    • - Customer may need to pay miscellaneous charges like installation fee, uninstallation fee, admin charges and diagnosis fee for replace new GPS Tracker device

    Use of SIM card

    • - Only sim card provided by ISC can be used with GPS Tracker
    • - ISC could not guarantee that the device will work on third party sim card. Admin fee will be charge for any assistance
    • - Sim card do not support roaming

    Installation

    • - The company is not responsible for any damages and problems caused by improper installation by the dealer or agent. Any claims for compensation should be referred to the dealer or agent
    • - ISC reserves the rights to uninstall the system and forfeit the security deposit for early termination on contracted service agreement. ISC shall impose an early termination fee RM100/ unit in lieu of penalty in the event on an early termination

    Terms of Usage and Service

    • - System up time guarantee excluding regular system maintenance or internet instability.
    • - Our customer support is available as follows:-

      • 9:00am - 12:00pm
      • 1:30pm - 5:30pm
    • - Your accessible platform service may include 1 or all of the following depending on package subscription.
      • Android and iOS Mobile apps solution
      • Web portal access through crossed platforms
    • - GPS tracker fully owned by ISC is only providing services to assist Customer in vehicles management and will NOT be liable for any cost due to incident, theft or hijack at anytime and anywhere when using the above system
